Slow and Steady wins the race
I've been working out with Marvel since March 2008. My goal was obviously to lose weight, but ultiately it was about my health. I was 6 Foot 1 and 248 pounds, and at 33 years old, felt like I was in my mid forties. I'd always been physically active, but been in a 3 year slump.
Marvel started me off at a very reasonable pace, slowly building my confidence and endurance. Over the next several months, he continued to increase the intesity of the workouts, pushing me harder, and driving results. The results obviously kept me motivated, and now, 9 months later, I have lost 56 pounds. I know workout 6 days a week, 3 with Marvel and 3 on my own. My strength continues to grow, and I'm up to running 30 miles a week. This couldn't have been done without the encouragement of Marvel.
