Unbelievably rude - stay away
I called to pick up a simple order - a pound of ground pork and a pound of ground veal for Ragu Bolognese. The owner told me he was too busy to deal with me. When I asked if he wanted my business in the future, he hung up on me. This isn't the first time I was treated rudely by the owner or the staff. The owner let Best of Atlanta go to his head (and I shopped there before they got this designation). There are too many choices in this town to deal with that kind of nonsense. Message to Shield's: all of your customers count, or should.
