My Kenmore Washing Machine would not hit the rinse cycle. I called Sears, and they couldn't get anyone to me for a week. Called a few other places, same thing. Called Lanny Adams and they got someone to me in less than 2 hours. Avery was articulate, professional, and explained everything step by step. My washer is good to go. I would say they may be on the higher side in terms of labor costs. I looked online and my replacement part was between $3-$20, but my total bill was $170. I know labor is costly, but that's like a $150/hr.
