Top Quality Work from Conscientous Crew

In the summer 2008 I discovered a section of my brick patio just outside of my sunroom was sinking. After having 4 or more companies come out to assess, we hired C&M. We met with an owner, Michael. They correctly assessed that the sink hole extended well under my sunroom and threatened the structure. They gave us references from several other sink hole customers and in the end, they showed they had experience with this. They coordinated with an engineer on supporting the sunroom and then devised and implemented cross beam support, and ended up digging out about 20 full size trees the builder had burried. This was not an inexpensive proposition, and you do pay for C&M's experience, but in the end we were convinced we made the right call. They finished the sink hole and I liked the quality of their work so asked them to bid on the "rebuilding" of my back yard. Their bid was competitive and they went on to completely rebuild the backyard landscape and they handled the design (thanks Brendan), masonry, stone patio and walkway, fencing, plant selection and installation, drainage, and also built a pretty large pondless water fall and fire pit. They have done an impressive job on a big project (thanks Nick). when i had any issues or concerns (not unusal in a large job like this) I could always talk to directly to the owner. Overall, they are a very good company with cradle to grave service.
