Perfect Service

We contacted Boutte Tree to help us with two sickly trees in our yard. They came out, diagnosed the issue and developed a plan to try to save the trees. They are prompt, courteous, and offer concise, professional opinions. They also do exactly what they say they will do when they say it will be done. We have been very pleased with their services and will continue to use them for all of our tree needs.

Piedmont Pediatrics - Allison Koenig

I use Allison Koenig at Piedmont Pediatrics and i ABSOLUTELY LOVE her. had a scare with my newborn. he was just under a week old. found a bump on his head. they were able to see us that day. She actually called another Doc in to take a look and consulted with him on next steps. For whatever reason, I really appreciated that. We were late getting to x-rays and the computers were down which meant she couldn't get the results that day, but she called me after hours to let me know what was going on and that she'd get back in touch with me first thing the next morning. After a trip to Children's the next day for a CAT scan, she called me at like 7:00 that night to check on us, etc. All amazing things when you have a 5 day old who may or may not have a skull fracture and you are completely in a post partum fog. I also have horrible mommy brain and missed his 4 month appt - appt was at 11:30, showed up at 1:00 in the middle of lunch. she saw us anyway without her nurse there to assist, etc. She weighed him, measured him, absolutely took her time with us, and that just further endeared her to me. She is just a great pediatrician. There is no sense of ego about her at all, and I am never embarrassed or afraid of what she might think of a question I have. I can't recommend her highly enough. She's been extremely compassionate with me as a new mom. Never had to wait over 5 mins for appts. newly refurbed office. friendly staff. nurse on-call 24/7.

Use Caution

i called these people, gave my info, said i needed a QUOTE on a service. then get a call back from "bob's locksmith" & guy says he's on the way to my house. SKETCHY. i think paces ferry locksmith outsources their services & that isn't what i was looking for. be careful giving them your info unless you want someone to show up at your residence!

Zerorez of Atlanta

It all felt a little "smoke and mirrors"

Zerorez cleaned our carpets a few weeks ago. neighbors warned us to watch for "upselling". pricing seems to be done on a whim. some issues with the $127 special - tried to tell us hallway was not included and they had to charge us $25 to do a stairway landing (2'x4' area!) because they were already giving us a break on the hallway which should have been $40?!?! Yes, it was that convoluted and confusing. only the beginning of our issues. day before our carpet cleaning, we'd had our carpet "stretched" so no furniture in any of the rooms to be cleaned. Because of this, you could clearly see where the carpet was dirty and where it had been protected by furniture. after our cleaning, the carpet looked exactly the same. We immediately notified zerorez office of this and they sent another tech out that night to take a look. He saw what we were talking about. told us that was as good as it was going to get. we've lived here for 2.5 years w/ no kids and don't even wear shoes on carpets half the time. After many confusing conversations, were offered reimbursement of $50 for the master only. fine, but we wanted clean carpets. After a few days they offered to send someone back to re-clean carpets, but rescinded the reimbursement offer of $50. Anyway, this time the carpet was clean. we think equipment wasn't working properly first time - they insisted that was impossible. results are contrary to that. carpet took much longer than 4-6 hrs to dry. was crunchy after 2nd clean
