Good Guys Who Deliver As Promised

I intially came to Express Oil Change for an emissions inspection and diagnostic service of my work vehicle. They determined my Catalytic Converter was faulty and suggested a tune-up of the vehicle. They assured me they could replace and repair everything the same day upon my approval of the estimate. Approval was given and the head mechanic went to work. The manager called that afternoon, stated everything was in working order and I could pick the vehicle up before closing. I was very satisfied with my first experience with this establishment. A week later the same vehicle broke down. It had nothing to due with the previous repairs. I was given an estimate and a promise of delivery again. Once again everythinng was presented as promised. I am very happy repeat customer of this establishment. Thanks Scott and Jeremy, I appreciate the excellent service.

Daughter in pain

My nine year old daughter was seen on 9/9 for a cavity. On 9/11 I called the "on-call" dentist due to her severe pain in her mouth. When I looked I saw a huge sore in her mouth about the size of a dime. After seven days on penecillin, she is still not better and still has a lot of pain. When they wanted to see her today I was disappointed by Dr. Mac's response. He made light of it and made my daughter and I feel like it was no big deal. She has not been able to eat or sleep and it hurts to talk at school. She told him the pain makes her cry and his repsonse was "do you cry at school". He made light of the pain she has been in and was not at all a very understanding dentist. She is not an adult, she is nine. "Well, we can re-check her in a few days, it is healing but just really slowly". Great, so glad I checked her out of school for you to undermine the situation and make light of it. How do I know if the utencils that were used on her mouth were clean? They tell me it is from her, that she did this to herself but how does anyone know how her mouth became so badly infected with this sore? It doesn't look like she has been knawing on it as he said, it is flat and gray and has blood around the edges - it's huge and I have never seen anything like it. The office staff and nurses are always very, very friendly and the other Dr.'s in the practice I have never had any problems with but she will not see this dentist there ever again. Lack of professionalism.

Nice decor but not a good experience at all.

Went for the first time about two weeks ago. Got a mani and a deluxe pedi & fake eyelashes for the first time (for a special occasion). The pedicure was very painful while she said she had to "dig out" my ingrown toenails on both big toes. Since my regular salon always does this, I figured, no big deal. Two days later I had a very bad infection on both big toes that she had worked on removing the ingrown toenails. After a costly visit to the podiatrist - it seems as though they did a bad job trying to cut out the ingrown toenails and that the instruments were not sterile. There is a difference between disinfecting and sterilizing in an autoclave the way it should be done, for a full 30 minutes (after each client) - per the podiatrist. Although the owner was nice after she saw my infected feet, (she asked me to come in and show her and I did) - she did nothing about it. She did say "sorry this happenned to you", but nothing else. She cleaned up my fake eyelashes a little bit and said she would order me a nail kit at cost and that she wouldn't make any money off me. I also think that you shouldn't have dogs in a nail salon, not very clean with their hair everywhere. I love dogs but just not where I get my nails and feet done. There are plenty of other salons but this one - clearly, is not one I will ever go back to.

What happened guys?

My mower was to be repaired and serviced for spring. Everything was finished and I came to pick it up. The hood of my mower was all cracked and broken. Nobody said anything to me until I asked what had happened. The hood did have previous cracks and had been glued prior. They did refund me $ 30.00, brought me the broken pieces and apologized after I got upset. Breaking it was not the problem, it was hoping I would not notice. If they had informed me about the accident and attempted to repair it, I would only have had a few complaints about the business. Also, I do not believe they sharpened my blades as part of my service (must have slipped their minds too).

Fast Service

It was the coldest day of the year so far and my heat shut off in the middle of the night. I called the office at 7:00 am and spoke with an associate. A service technician was at my house at 9:15 am and resolved my problem in about 10 minutes. My family was very grateful for their prompt service on such a cold morning.
