When your HVAC system is broken and the temperature is 90 or above; you don’t want to hear about five hour response windows and expensive emergency charges. Mr. Darryl Walker was a pleasure to work with. He’s both knowledgeable and professional. He was able to assist me with my issue after 5pm and on the same day. My Desktop was in pretty bad shape when reached out to James Philips. Cost to repair was less than the cost to purchase new so I enlisted help from Mr. Phillips. He is capable, fair and efficient. The flexibility he offers made this challenge a lot easier – Philips provided drop off or in-home repair service. We ultimately replaced a hard-drive and power supply, upgraded memory and added additional anti-virus software. All of this was completed within the time frame that previously discussed. If the need should arise I will definitely reach out to James Phillips.
