Three hours late and massively overcharged

This company responded to a call put through by the Ohio Highway patrol in anything but a timely manner to pull a car from 150ft into a field from the road. It took nearly three hours before they showed up and when they did they brough equipment that not only was far excessive but could have seriously damaged the car, especially considering the way they pulled it out (by a single wheel instead of wheel pair or axel). On top of that they refused to quote the service until the job was completed. When they did present the bill it was for nearly $350, more then four times the going rate and more then double what would even be considered acceptable
