Mr. Hardwood Inc.

Not professionals. Bad job was done both by estimators and by actual workers. It took 10 (!) calendar days to do the job (700-800sf). All imaginable and unimaginable mistakes we made: re-doing a few times due to horrible quality, running out of materials, always appearing 2-3 hrs later than promised, huge amount of dust (so much for the 99.9% dust-free!)... It was 10 days of the nightmare! And, the work that was quoted at $1700 (re-surfacing), has ended up with $6500 bill (floor replacement because it was impossible to fix bad work made)

Professional, honest, and great value

I met Hunter Home Inspections' inspector a while before I started my house hunting, when the inspector correctly identified very unusual plumbing problem in the house I was renting. Later during my house hunting I used Hunter Home Inspections to perform short "pre-inspections" for the houses I was considering to put an offer to. After we finally found a dream house, I performed three (3) different inspections, and Hunter Home Inspections was clearly the best: the inspector identified ALL the problems found by other two inspectors and many additional problems. And all that at a price $100 less (!) than other companies. Hunter Home Inspections was the only inspector who literary walked over the roof (roofs are steep in Atlanta!), the other just "looked over" from a ladder. I recommend Hunter Home Inspections to all my friends and colleagues.
