Couldn't Have Been Worse
I contracted with Rain-B-Gone in March 2008. Their deck drainage system failed immediately. Numerous telephone calls and letters got me nowhere. The owner made me feel bullied (I'm a single mom) and would not take responsibility for their faulty product. Their response was always “we’re too busy to get to it now” and “we’ll take care of it next week”. Next week would turn into three weeks and I’d be forced to call them again. Eleven (that’s right, eleven) months later, they still haven’t fixed their faulty system and my roof continues to leak. The only resolution I have with these clowns is litigation. Although it appears I’m an isolated incident or they are doing a lot of reviews of themselves, beware doing any business with Money-B-Gone.
