Great Doc that Needs A Better Staff
Dr. Ferree, as mentioned in previous reviews, is an absolute angel. Her care and concern rivals that of any doctor I've ever visited. She's not only a well-trained professional and top notch at her practice but absolutely gorgeous and charming as well (this may only matter to men ages 25-45).
She gives you your diagnosis/prognosis straight without any flinching or hesitation. She wastes none of your time, gets you in and out quickly and manages to provide prompt service without sacrificing that neighborly, bed-side manner we all want in a doctor.
My one criticism of her practice is that her staff responsible for billing and insurance claims seems incredibly inept.
I've tried on several occasions to contact them regarding mistakes with billing to my insurance company. Every time I call I get a recorded message saying they are very busy and can't answer my call and to leave a message. I've never received a return phone call from Dr. Ferree or her staff. I currently have an erroneous outstanding bill with her that I will not pay until I'm able to resolve it with her and my insurance company.
If it weren't for this issue, this fine physician would get 5 stars from me, but I just can't abide 4 non-returned phone calls from her administrative staff.

Model of Customer Service
I called Muttco to ask about issues I've been having with my Sony Wega rear projection TV. Alex provided me the best customer service I've ever received. The reasons are such:
I didn't have to deal with an automated voice response unit, a secretary or some numbskull answering the phone that had to transfer me.
He immediately answered and was the guy I needed to talk to.
He was on the phone with me for about 15 minutes talking to me about my issues and the possible problems I could be facing.
He was immediately aware of my model and my TV and was obviously an experienced technician and one who know how to talk to customers.
He was forthright and honest about whether I should consider repair or to simply buy a new television.
He recommended 3 other vendors/supply houses to me that could provide parts at a better rate than his shop could.
He took the time to explain to me issues he's seen with my TV, ways I could fix it myself, and a brief, non-technical explanation of how my set works.
He spoke excellent English, never talked down to me, and was courteous and polite the entire phone call.
He ended the call saying he was happy to help and to call him back if I had any other questions or if there was anything else he could to to help me.
He also quickly provided me a list of other services his company could provide me.
I have to think these are the same things I should strive for when I speak with my own customers in my business.
