Very Pleased

Sergio, crew chief, told me, "I LIKE my job." and I thought, "I can tell!" I have already recommended them. Job got done quickly and professionally. Great cleanup. Addressed all of my concerns. Price was in line with other companies. Crew was friendly.

Unacceptable

About a month ago, I made an appointment for the next afternoon for someone to look at my washing machine which needed repair. He didn't show. Then another person called the next day and said 'truck trouble, etc' kept the first guy from coming. A call to explain that on the first day would have been nice. I made another apointment with the second guy for the next day and again - no show, no phone call. Two days later, the second guy called and said that the office folks didn't put it on his calendar. Only problem with that excuse is that I made the appointment directly with him - Not the office. So, he really couldn't say he didn't know about it. He offered to come "tomorrow" and said he was a good repairman and would get my washer working. I told him, "No, Thanks". The incident showed a total lack of professionalism on their part and was totaly unacceptable to me.

Our A/C stopped cooling late last May (during a couple days of early heat) and we needed to fix or replace before the real summer heat arrived. We spoke with two other repair companies by phone and they gave us prices for both replacement and repair. Vaughn Quest was recommended by a collegue at work and we scheduled a service call. He arrived as scheduled and was very personable. He presented to us all the options and answered Many questions - all with patience and grace. In addition, his prices were better than the other two companies. We decided to have Vaughn Quest do the repair. He needed to procure several parts and in a few days had our A/C working very well before it got really hot. We would absolutely recommend Vaughn Quest.
