Atlanta Air Care

Very Satisfied

I had my 12 year old heat pump replaced and used Atlanta Air Care. I got 3 estimates and AAC had the best price. I originally wanted to have a 16 SEER unit installed but my small HVAC closet would not accommodate the lager air handler so I had to go with a 2-ton 13-SEER Rheem Heat Pump. When I made an appointment for a Sales Rep to come they came on time and answered all my questions there was no sales pressure at all. After I received my written proposal I contacted the Sales Rep and let them know I wanted the unit installed. They were able to install within 2 days, however I needed a Friday so it was scheduled for the next Friday. The installers showed up at 9am on the dot, the time frame I was promised. The installers did a good job and cleaned up after themselves. My only suggestions to AAC would be to call your customer a week after the install to make sure everything went well. In my case it did. I would recommend AAC to anyone I know in need of an HVAC replacement. * Also, AAC has a 10 year parts and Labor warranty on all new units installed. You just have to have your unit checked and tuned up once a year to keep the warranty valid. It is nice to know they stand behind the product they install and their work.

Jose's Painting

Satisfied Customer

I used Jose's Painting to paint the interior of my condo. The day I called they sent someone out to price the job. I received the price quote the next day. The price was a little high so I asked for a slight price change and they agreed. They started the job the next day. It was a 2 day job and they did an excellent job. A few months later I called them again for some trim painting they were able to start the job the next day. One day job and the price was reasonable and they did a good job. I would definitely recommend them for an interior paint job. I would use them again if I needed more painting done.

Lightning Bug Electric

Pleased with Service

Larry & James came to my home to install 4 new light fixtures. They were pleasant and did a nice job for a reasonable price. If I need electrical work in the future I will definitely call Lightning Bug Electric again.

I was disappointed

I chose Reliable because of the good reviews on Kudzu. Made appointment to have my HVAC serviced. The first Tech that came (JV) gave a 5 minute look and said it is dirty and need freon. Okay, so why did he not do that basic maintaince while there? He charged me $75.00 I had a $10 coupon and said someone else will come do the work. I was charged $75.00 for something I already knew, what a joke. It is people like this who give company bad reviews. The new guy came (a week later because of my schedule) and fixed my unit (although did not clean the interior unit as well as should be, there was grit and grim still in the drain tray) knowing nothing about the previous guy who ripped me off $75.00 for nothing. He tried to charge me $75.00 again till I showed him the receipt and told him what happened. I called the owner Dan to make him aware of what happened. I do not think I will use this company again. Maybe it was just bad luck for me, they do have good reivews. Just be careful because I like to get what I pay for and do not mind paying more for good service. I plan to have a new Trane installed soon to update my home and thought I would use this company until this awful experince. ** In response to owner's reply ** YOUR COMPANY DID ATTEMPT TO CHARGE ME THE SERVICE FEE TWICE, IT WAS NOT UNTIL I COMPLAINED THAT IT WAS RECTIFIED. In the end I feel I paid for what I got but a huge inconvenience having to have 2 seperate trips to do simply maintenance.

Windward Eye Care

Go Elsewhere for an eye exam

It has been a while since my experience but it popped in my mind again and I decided to come here to write a review. I felt the Dr (Arey) was rushing me during my exam. Also, there was another patient he was helping at the same time running back and forth between me and them. This was offensive to me. I am paying for a quality exam, the least I could get is a good 10-15 minutes of undivided attention. After I left and received my contacts the prescription was incorrect. He lowered the power by over 1.25. Driving I could not see road signs till I was very close. I went back for a recheck and I felt that I got attitude. Bottom line, my point is go eleswhere and save money you will get just as good of an exam from Wal*Mart or another chain. I thought I would get a better quality exam going to a private eye care facility, I was sure wrong about that.

The Cat Clinic of North Georgia

Not Impressed

I have been to The Cat Clinic of North Georgia on 2 occasions. I was not impressed nor will I be returning. Here are the reasons why: 1. The "clinic cats" that live there look like they need a good bath. They are all over the clinic and look like they are not healthy. I do not like them around my cat. Donít get me wrong, I have compassion for these cats that may be less fortunate than mine but not a good idea to have them running around all over the place when customers are bringing in their cats to prevent illness instead of potentially exposing them to a new illness. 2. The sectional sofa in the waiting area is covered in cat hairs. I know this is a cat clinic however this is really distasteful and gives a bad impression. 3. Dr. Pruett seemed unprofessional to me. She might be a well educated doctor but that does not equal a good doctor. 4. I question how sanitary this clinic is. When my cat was on the exam table they had placed a towel on the table that looked filthy. How do I know another cat was not on this towel prior to mine? 5. The lady who works the front desk and is the office manager tries to be nice but she is all about charging you fees, they will nickel and dime you for everything In closing my review I would like to say just because this is a cats only clinic does not mean your cat is getting top quality care. There are many Vets in the area find a more professional and sanitary clinic.

Scott Small MD

Good, but last few vists I felt rushed

Dr Scot Small has been my Primary Dr for about 7-8 years and I have been pleased with him. However, my last few vists I felt rushed like he was in a hurry to get to the next patient. I was not happy about this. If it happens again I will consider trying a new MD.
