Great support!
Rainaway installed my underdeck system about three years ago. Recently, we wanted to run a natural gas line down to my patio, but to do so, we needed access to the area between the deck and the the drainage system. I contacted Dave to see what could be done. Since a crew was in the area, he graciously had had them come by to pull down the panels, which ended up being all of them. After the gas line was in, they came back and put everything back together.
Having had a heavy rain right after this, I noticed a few small leaks. Dave promptly had his crew come out again to fix them under warranty. Come the next rain, I'm very confident the leaks will be gone.
Bottom line, I'm very glad I decided to do business with Rainaway. They have a great product and their customer support is excellent. Thanks, Dave!

Nice job!
I hired The Trusted Toolbox to modify our entertainment center, which previously housed a 55" rear-projection TV, so we could upgrade to a 55" flat-panel. They took the time to figure out the best and least complicated way to make the modification. Because it was less involved than originally thought, they gave me a nice break on their original quote.
They did a great job trimming it out, utilizing original materials from the entertainment center that were no longer needed for their original purpose. They also spent a considerable amount of adjusting the TV on the mount they installed until they got it just right, even a couple days later after it went out of its initial adjustment. It looks great! Thanks.

You can't skimp on your roof...
Even though I could have spent less, I went with Superior Roofing based on the reviews here and in Home Reports, but most importantly, on my first meeting with Kevin. Out of six quotes, Superior was the roofer I felt would pay the most attention to detail and install for us the most trouble-free roof.
Here are the highlights:
I was around for the two days it took to install the roof, and they definitely did not cut corners. They used Deck Armor for the underlayment and installed Drip Edge to further protect against any water(or small animal)intrusion. No other roofers mentioned these materials. Even with these upgrades, we paid about the same as the next closest quote.
At no additional cost, and without being asked, Tino, the team lead, fashioned and painted a piece of metal to prevent any water from getting into a hole that was in our stucco as a result of our recent gutter replacement(builder's fault).
At the end, I saw that part of a fountain that had been a wedding gift was damaged. Kevin and I agreed on an approximate value and he had no problem deducting that amount from the final bill.
No surprises. The only additional cost was for fourteen sheets of decking. Since I was here, I saw how damaged they were. No nickel and diming for this and that.
We paid for our roof out-of pocket and it was money well-spent. Our roof and house look great and, after a weekend of persistent rain and snow, had no problems at all. Thanks, Superior(and Kevin)!
