They just finished a roughly three hour job at my home. Did everything exactly as promised, and did not damage anything in the process. Left a good deal of my yard cleaner (without leaves) than when they got here. I'm very pleased, and will call Chapman again when I need their services.

My wife and I hired Team Turf for a big hardscaping and landscaping job. It took them almost a month to complete! I realize that a review giving a full 5 stars, or all zeros probably isn't as valid as a review somewhere in the middle. Honestly we both feel Jonathan and Matt earned a full 5 star review on our property. They completed everything stated in our contract – and more. The quality of their work was very high. They worked in some pretty rough weather and showed up every day on time. They did not mix our job with other jobs at the same time, and they had great creative ideas. What more can we say? Team Turf does what they agree to do, and leaves your property clean and functional at the end of every work day. In the past, we used another lawn service for our yard treatments. Team Turf will have our business from now on. We highly recommend Team Turf Landscapes for any hardscaping or landscaping jobs you may have.

We had custom shutters installed in 2011. We chose this company based on a friend’s recommendation. They made great suggestions, took meticulous measurements and returned a month later with our shutters and blinds. They had a problem with one shutter’s fit and returned quickly with it corrected. Everything looks great. Their installer, Griz, was very competent and helpful. Five months later, two shutters lost several staples at once. We think our cleaning crew caused it but Griz has said otherwise. Several slats would not operate correctly so we contacted the company. Initially they took a hard-nosed attitude. They told us there was a $75 charge to come see what could be done. They also said that if the cleaning crew did anything to break the shutters, our warranty would not cover their damage. The warranty only covers damage by us! Yet we were not given a copy of that warranty when the shutters were installed. Eventually, we scheduled Griz for a service call. He is very nice and knowledgeable. Griz determined our problems were caused by the manufacturer and not anyone else. He checked all shutters and I was completely satisfied with his work. Overall, we are very happy with the final products. We feel Griz is a real asset to the company. The owners’ customer service attitudes could use improvement in our view. We would use this company again and recommend them to others mainly because of the quality of the installation and repair work.

The owner of Enhanced Floors showed up and gave me a quote when agreed. My wife wanted further clarification, so owner came out again. He was very responsive to our needs. Enhanced Floors removed old carpet and padding from one room, and added a room of hard wood flooring. Sanded, stained and finished all hard wood floors in the house. They did the job in the time frame originally said. The poly smell was not as bad as we thought it would be after the job was completed. They helped explain to us the best way to keep the floor in great shape. Since the floors have been finished, we've had numerous friends come by, including a few contractors. Almost all of them have given unsolicited comments about how good our hard wood floors look! We would use Enhanced Floors again.

We have used Giavelli Carpet Services three times so far. A few years ago, we used Charlie to clean carpet and furniture in our home. Charlie has always been very good and polite to work with. Very helpful, and eager to do what it takes to get the job done right. We would use Charlie (Giavelli Carpet Services) again.

This is the third time we have used Verge painters. They always seem to give us a fair quote. Their crews show up on-time, and are polite and responsive to our needs. They have always done a good job in our home. Verge sends another man, Bruce to follow up with any loose ends. His work is always outstanding. We would use Verge again.

Another satisfied customer

We hired Delta Mechanical mostly on the reference of our next door neighbor. Also because re-pipe projects are their major business here in Atlanta. Sure enough, the two-man work crew showed up on time Monday morning, worked hard and had our complete re-pipe project done in just over two days! We expected four or five days. I felt comfortable leaving our home open to them while away during one of those days. The finished job has been done well – as far as I can tell. Everything works, and all holes have been repaired nicely. My wife and I are very happy with their work, and glad we shouldn't have any more polybutylene pipes leaking in our house! Based on my experience (and my next door neighbor) you should have a professional re-pipe job done if you hire Delta Mechanical. Best of luck to you.

I've used 404-CUT-TREE 3 different times. Each time we were completely satisfied. On the second job, I was a bit concerned about the customer service from the crew that did our work. I mentioned this to the owner before our third job (about a week after the second job). He personally came to my house with the crew, and made sure that crew knew exactly what to do for the new job, and the issues remaining from the second job. That crew went out of their way to do the job well and leave me totally happy. I've used the yearly Home Report books to get quotes from other arborists. 404-CUT-TREE always came in lower, yet had all the requisite insurance and modern equipment to get the job done safely. In a few years when it's time to get more tree work done in my yard, I'll save with the hassles of multiple quotes and call 404-CUT-TREE. Problem solved.

Very poor customer service

I was referred to Northside ENT by my primary care doctor. When you call Northside ENT, they always take many minutes to answer the phone - if at all. Once there, the receptionists are never busy. Even my primary care doctor agrees. Due to this problem, and poor service to others, my primary care doctor no longer gives Northside ENT referrals. I paid $1200 up front for an anti-snoring mouth piece. They made it for me, and gave me a free (planned) adjustment afterward, but that doctor left Northside ENT and I have been personally told by Dr. Diamond (a 50% owner) to visit another practice for adjustments instead! I also planned to use flexible spending to get part of my money back, but Northside ENT submitted paperwork to my insurance anyway. It has been over 7 months and I still am having trouble getting paid. Northside ENT has been ZERO help to me. Telling me to go elsewhere and pay for continued service I should be getting from Northside ENT, and absolutely no help with insurance issues - even though I already paid (big mistake) means I would never advise you to visit Northside ENT. Go elsewhere and save yourself many hassles. Very best of luck to you!
