Absolute Dental

I feel very comfortable here

The overall experience if very favorable. They take the time to make you comfortable, the waiting room is very clean and I have never had to wait too long for an appointment. Along with that, the staff is friendly and the Dr was first rate. I will continue to use this location for ang time.

Good If You Are On A Budget

The buffet is small but offers enough variety. The coffee shop is not real clean, but does have a good selection of meals at reasonable prices.

Patient Care Lacking

Rose does not take the time to talk to her patients, and her billing department really is the worse I have experienced in quite a long time. Impossible to get thru, even with an emergency ... I know, because I ended up going to an emergency room because the person answering the phone would not take 5 minutes to contact the Dr. lol Never know that a receptionist had so much medical knowledge that she could determine what was an emergency and what was not! I switched from her practice after only a few months, glad I did, I have now found a Dr that cares about her patients.

No Complaints Here

Never had to wait long, am able to get answers to my questions and the staff as a whole seems to provide great service. The offices are clean and I feel very comfortable there.

Save Mart Supermarkets

It was hardly "Ultimate Customer Satisfaction"

They have posted on thir website: " Most of all, we continue to perfect daily the things that we were built on...quality and service." Along with this: "make the Save Mart shopping experience end in Ultimate Customer Satisfaction". To date, I have experienced undercooked chicken and bad salad from the deli, but have yet to experience the "Ultimate Customer Satisfaction" experience that they claim to deliver. On my last take out order from the deli, the chicken was under cooked, the potato salad had a brown tint to it and when I spoke to the manager at the store about he, he did the speaking, I could hardly get a word in edgewise. Will not even go into the attitude of some of the people working there, acting as if they are doing you a favor from behind the counter. Not a plesant experience at all. Recommend you think twice before dealing with this store. It's too bad that they do not value customers or deliver on what they have posted on their main site.
