Have A Terrible Move
On Feb 12,2009 I use sunrise moving to move out my one bedroom apt.Did not have a new place yet so decided to use there storage space also.Everything went ok for that day.about two weeks later I call to set up a deliver time which was 3 days later-well to my suprise I went out of town and could not get back due to bad weather so I called to Cancel it was early in the morning(8:10am) was told by Rep its ok that it was snowing here and call back when ready-so about two weeks later I called again to set up deliver time and was told that I have a balance of 5 1/2hrs added to my account because they had to load and unload the truck with my things. I told them remember I called to cancel before my deliver time and you said ok.To make a long story short it is now almost three months later still no furniture and the price keep getting higher and higher.I started off with paying $276.00 the first time and now its costing me triple to get my things. Please!please make should this dose not happing to you. Nice company but is money crazzzzzzzzy.
