Buckhead TV Service

They don't care

I was referred to them by another appliance repair company. On a recent Monday I called to report and request service on a Sony TV that was under warranty. Left a message and no one called back. I called a second time and the Customer Service Representative said yes they did warranty work for SONY. I informed the person exactly what the TV was doing. She sent a technician out a couple days later who looked at the TV for a few moments and said, more or less, yes the TV is doing what you said. It needs a certain board to be replaced. They would order it. He wanted a copy of our purchase invoice which we promptly faxed to the Buckhead TV Service. He said he would be back out in a couple of days to replace the part. No one called. Friday, I called in and received no response. The next Monday, I called in only to hear the Customer Service Representative tell me they are not authorized to do warranty work for Sony. Terrible service. They should have told me they were not authorized to work on Sony first off or called me immediately after realizing their error. Be warned. These people do not care.
