I have used Brian on two small jobs and was totally pleased both times. He is prompt, efficient, honest, pleasant, professional, and his prices are very reasonable. I will continue to use him as needed and recommend him highly.

Cannot Recommend

Used Excellence once for routine maintenance on A/C unit. Within 5 minutes, Tom told us of many expensive repairs needed on unit that had been working fine prior to his visit. We declined his offer. Three weeks later, the unit stopped working. We called out another company that told us the unit had been overcharged with freon, causing wires to short out. So, first we were overcharged by Excellence for unnecessary freon, then we had to pay for another company's service call to repair their shoddy work. I would never use them again.

You're A Lifesaver!!!

Thank you, Neese Jones! Our A/C went out on one of the hottest days of the summer. Although we were new customers, they sent a repairman out within 2 hours. The repair bill was very reasonable and we are so pleased that we are becoming maintenance contract customers now. We appreciate that they cared about our comfort and we will reward them with our business now.

Cannot recommend - poorly run practice

I have been a patient for several years and service is going downhill rapidly. Hour long waits, no weekend calls accepted, high staff turnover, "trainee" medical assts., incompetent insurance billing, & only writes 3 month RXs, so you have to come back every 90 days for a renewal. The only bright spot is her great PA, Jan Gunn. I've had enough and am finding a new doctor.

Very Satisfied Customer

I had a room of new carpeting installed recently and was pleased with Excel's professionalism and customer service. For the same price as the big box stores' lesser quality carpet, I was able to get Stainmaster with Excel. Now, I am going to replace every carpet in my house with Excel, which speaks highly of my satisfaction. Josh was a pleasure to work with.
