QUICK MOVERS make Quick Getaway (CONSUMER ALERT)
I am a real customer of Quick movers and would not use them again.
They claim of NO HIDDEN CHARGES...But what they donít tell you about is when they show up at your door, the day when you are under pressure to move your belongings, that there is a 19% gas charge. So I signed anyway.
If that was the end of it I would not be wasting my time posting this for others. But that's not the case. The people who showed up were not professionals or even close to being experienced. They did a lot of nickel and dime damage (some which you would expect) but as I begin to sift through I began to be rather alarmed at the volume of this nickels and dimes.
But thatís still is not the worse. Itís when I contacted them to explain the hidden fee issue and the nickel and dime damage I experienced that I was met with the revolution that their claims (which still do appear in all their postings) of:
*YOUR IN GOOD HANDS
*GUARANTEE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
* HIGH QUALITY
Are not offered after they have collected your money. Instead youíre met with several efforts on attempting to contact them to get any level of response. And when you do get to someone they have such a thick accent that one struggles to have a dialog. They are nothing but a bunch of foreigners not accustomed to having to deal with the American clientele they so desperately search for.
