Empty promises
If you are thinking about giving this company a chance, don't. And here is why. I spoke to Richard and got my estimate about 3 weeks ago but could have been even longer. He came out on time and we were able to work out a deal to service my yard and get it aerate so I was happy at that point and I actually ended up signing up two properties. I was told that someone will be servicing my yard within a week. More than 10 days later, still no service and no call, nothing is being done. I decided to call and spoke to Russel and initially he stated that he will get someone out the very next day. Few minutes later, I get a call back from Russel and tells me he will have to reschedule and I won't be serviced until the following Mon thru Wed. At this point, I was ready to cancel but wanted to give them a second chance. Now today is the Wed and still no service. I spoke with this lady and found out I won't be serviced today so I told them to cancel both accts. DON'T WASTE YOUR ENERGY WITH THESE PEOPLE OR YOU WILL REGRET IT LIKE ME.

DOES NOT WORK
I've been with Scotts last year; went through the whole year worth of cycle due to my weed issue. Guess what..... I did not see any improvement and now I'm with another company. Their stuff simply does not work and now I know they sell this stuff at local home good store.

Not happy at all!!
Your guys had my cell number. Due to urgency, when I left messages, I specifically did mention to call me on my cell so I’m not sure why they called my house to reach me. Anyhow….Randy and one of his crew members came out early Saturday morning 4/16 to retreat my house. I think Randy did a great job overall and he even installed extra termite bate stations. I really did appreciate that! However, in next few days, I have noticed more termites coming out of the underneath baseboards in the garage and they came out of two different directions. I was told that this was expected… I don’t know I’m not an expert but it makes sense I guess. Yesterday night though however, I have noticed termites crawling across my dining room floor… I wasn’t happy about that at all obviously. Within a month of two, I will be bringing in another company to reevaluate the situation. For the effort, I would like to rate your company and Randy 4 stars but I first need to see the result. When I'm happy with the result, I will update the both ratings to be fair. 6/7. I have to be fair. After my initial complaint, Randy and one of his crew members came out and did a fantastic job. Initially I wasn’t happy after seeing termites come out of my house, now with the effort they had put in to resolve the issue, I am happy with these guys and am planning to renew the service with it is due. I appreciate your good customer service. I give them 4 stars from 2.

No show no call
Title says it all. They did not show up and they didn't call. I wasted 4 hours of my pto hours just so I can sit around for these people to show up. I've got my new air conditioning unit since then through another company.

Worst CS EVER!
I don’t think they understand the meaning of customer service! Simply, this company does not care.. I have had weed issues and my lawn never looked that great since I switched to King green from another provider. My next door neighbor that does not use any lawn service has better looking lawn. Not to mention, King Green charges more! I got off the phone with their customer service rep and he was total a**hole. I called back and cancelled service immediately. FYI, He's name is Tom from King Green and I called 770-536-7611. I will never do business with them again! This guys TOM I spoke with yesterday, I just found out he is one of the managers. That shows the quality of the service you will receive. STAY AWAY!

Poor Service Level
Natalie Clark Miller. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOAN OFFICER. Ask for someone other than this person if you choose to go with Hersh. I am in the process of re-working the loan with someone else. more to follow. 9/21-Just to follow up on my above post. I'm still not happy with Hersh only because you don't promise if you don't know for sure. This girl I was working with is no longer with the company. Everyone else that works there, seems like they are maybe little more knowledgeable but the fact of matter is, when you hire someone that doesn't do a good job and the result is bad, that generally reflects entire company's image. I rate this company "C" at the most.

I will use these guys again!
Eugene and Mike are two great guys to work with. Mike came out on time, did the job properly even though there was little issue after but no problem. After service was great too…. Mike came back out and helped me resolve my issue. I am happy with their service and I will recommend these guys to anyone.
