Do not recommend

Damon of Dflann construction was hired by the selling agent on a condo I recently purchased, to repair damages that resulted from a busted pipe in the unit above me. At first it appeared the work had been completed, but over time it became apparent he in fact did NOT perform all the work he told me had been done. When the issue was addressed with Damon he refused to stand behind his work, admitted the job had not been completed entirely and he refused to correct the issues without additional payment. I am now left with a serious mold issue and my kids and I had move out of our recently purchased condo, which is now inhabitable. Damon may be knowledgeable in other areas of construction, but flood damages are clearly not his strong suit. If you had flood issues, I strongly recommend you look elsewhere for a more seasoned contractor.
