Great Dentist working for the WRONG Company

I searched for a dentist on Kudzu about a year ago and found great ratings for Dr. Wingfield. I have been going to his office ever since and must say that I really do like Dr. Wingfield and my hygienist Beverly. I think they both do a great job. Unfortunately, my partner and I have both decided that we just cannot deal with the company Nanston Dental any longer. The company's reception and billing(in particular) departments leave a lot to desire. Reception: on three occasions, I have checked in and sat down in the waiting room when after 15 minutes I receive a phone call from the receptionist to reschedule my appointment because I didn't show up?!?! Billing: I have Cigna insurance and Nanston is a Cigna provider but they just cannot get the billing right. They have totally screwed up the billing on almost every visit. And, of course, I'm overpaying dearly everytime. I figured out the billing problems in January and have been back and forth with the billing department. They are total incompetants that cannot read a Cigna Explanation of Benefits. If the EOB says I owe $50 they will surely bill me $120 and argue with me for hours before they figure it out. I just don't have the time to help the Nanston Dental billing department do their job.
