AWESOME!!!!!!

PopALock helped me get into my Civic at the airport 2 weeks ago and I was very impressed. Their employee Andre was very polite and ATTRACTIVE! He walked me through the whole process of getting into my car (about 2 min.) and kept me laughing the whole time, it was great. Honestly locking my keys in the car sucked at first but I felt more at ease with Andre there. Locksmithing, I feel, goes hand in hand with mechanics, you never know when you are actually getting a good deal or getting ripped off, but PopALock shot that idea out of the water!! Not too thrilled about getting shot down for a dinner date but I understand corporate policies and I guess Andre's gotta follow them too. :( I've done a couple reviews on Kudzu but this is the first I did with a smile!! Thanks PopALock!!

Customer Service??? NO!!!!!!!!!! Reasonable Price????? NO!!!!!!!!!!! Quick and Courteous??? NO!!!!!!!!! This is the worst company on the face of the planet!!!!!!!!

I can't quite believe I'm reviewing a cell phone retailer, but here I am! I am so sorry for mjohnson1681's experience - because mine (multiple ones, actually, as you will "see") is the exact opposite! Read on for what experience/what-have-you I can share . . . For me, having to actually GO to a cell store is torture. Um, that's what the internet's for. Don't even get me started on the stories I could tell you about the Sprint store in Around Lenox, or one particular experience at an AT&T (or . . . whatever they're called now) post. So when I left my job in May and turned in my company-owned and maintained Treo, I was left with just my Blackberry Pearl. I've been a T-mobile customer for about four years now, but it'd always been for my second, extra, not-necessary phone! All of a sudden . . . I had to figure out what phone, and plan, and well, everything I needed! And I didn't have my Treo for internet or GPS or - anything! So. I went to the T-Mobile store to see what I could do. I couldn't upgrade my phone/get a discount completely, but I had great and quick service and an un-painful experience on switching to a) a Blackberry Curve and b) a different plan. I asked nicely, and I got a little "break" on the necessary charges. The guy who helped me, was really patient and attentive and informative about my options! Great Service!!

The good news about JEM is that they sell reliable, unflashy cars that manage also not to be boring. (100,000 miles lifetime warranty? Sign me up.) The service department will hook you up with a loaner for free and takes appointments, which means that you won't be sitting around for two hours while "they hook it up to the computer". But calling ahead is a must. The bad news is that they haven't figured out that the whole car salesman schtick gets old. Dude had the cojones to say to me that the MPV he wanted to sell me was "the minivan with soul of a sportscar." No, man, it's a minivan. It's a good, reliable, spacious, reasonably priced minivan with some features to make the roadtrip a whole lot easier. It has nothing to do with sports cars. Also, this dealership is pretty easy to get to from anywhere in the A, because it's pretty close to the perimeter. I'd go back.
