Prompt Response Time!!
11:30 a.m.-I talked to Kathleen about my air conditioning problem. She told me that Michael would call me back. 12:30 p.m.- Michael calls me back he tells me what potentialy is wrong with my air unit. 12:50 Michael is at my house repairing my air unit and has it up and running by 1:00 p.m. Miked answered all the questions I could think of and the fact that my air unit was cooling 2 hours later from the time I first called, I will definetly be using their services again.
