Initially, I wrote a very nice review. Unfortunately, much has happened over the course of 6 months that I deem it necessary to make a revision.
I would like to first state that the project manager, David, was professional in attire and presentation. He made certain I understood the project and pointed out that which other company consultants did not catch. He was easy to contact and gave me everything I asked for w/o question. His crew, Jason and Josh, did a great job and immediately addressed a concern a day after the project was complete and paid for.
Please note that I purchased their top of the line heating and air system.
To date, I have yet to receive my rebate for $1100 as stated in my contract that Premier Indoor Comfort was responsible for. I was also eligible for their web special. However, due to an "error" on their part, I accepted a lesser offer with no complaint. Not only have I not received that offer, but I paid a membership fee and spent time completing the requirements. These are both internal issues at the Atlanta office.
As for my system, it shut down twice in November (within 6 months of installation. It took a week for them to determine a part was installed incorrectly.
I allowed the company ample time to work with me prior to contacting the BBB in March. The company is unresponsive and the case unresolved.
People make mistakes; itís how they resolve them that matters.
