Unreliable and Unrepentent
I called on Monday, June 1, 2009 and was told that they were booked and unable to come out to assess the broken condensor fan motor on my unit until Thursday, June 4, between 9 - 1. I waited all morning and called them at 1:05, when they returned from lunch. They said they were running behind and would be there by 3. At 3:30 I called and they said it would be later. I informed them I had waited all day and that I had another appointment in the evening at 5:00 PM. The called at 4:41 and said they were on the way. I gave them the number of the tenant and told them she got home at 6:30 and asked if they could come then. They said yes but did not. They also did not keep the appointment the next day. Tomorrow is the last shot before I call the Better Business Bureau and the Home Warranty Company to have them removed from the list of operators. If they can't even show up when scheduled it makes you wonder why the warranty company continues to use them now. At least it makes me wonder!
