Quality Work and Quick

We had the interior of our home painted by Kenneth Axt Painting and we were very satisfied with the workmanship. Estimate was same as several other estimates we received. We chose Kenneth Axt based on recommendation from co-worker as well as their involvement with the Better Business Bureau. One of our primary concerns was the preparation for painting to ensure furniture, floors, etc. were protected. Everything in the house was covered in plastic by the painters; no drips, splatters, or spills anywhere. Work was completed quicker than estimated time we were given. Paint job looks great; very even throughout the house and very straight edges. We would highly recommend Kenneth Axt to our friends and we will definitely be using them again for all of our painting needs.

Poor Customer Service

I had an appointment to get an estimate from this company. Approximately 15 minutes after the appointment time, I called to find out where the person was since I had arranged my day to be home at the time of the appointment. Without even asking me who I was on the phone, the person that answered asked if they could reschedule due to a death in the family of the person that was supposed to give me an estimate. I asked how the person knew who I was, she responded that the computer told her. I informed the person that my appointment was not at the time she was quoting me, but that I was a different person with a different appointment time. When I inquired as to why no one bothered to call me and let me know the appointment was not kept, she explained she had a lot of work to do and offered no apology. The owner of the company did call to apologize later on in the day and explain the person working was a high school student helping for the summer but I still feel like the ball was dropped on this one.

Best Pizza In Atlanta

Best pizza I have had in Atlanta. Excellent basic pizza as well as special pizzas. Service was efficient, management attentive, restaurant large and open. Highly recommend. Another bonus is they have a large delivery area in the Buckhead vicinity.

Amazing Customer Service

Purchased a variety of window treatments for our new house from Jason and Stephanie. Both were extremely helpful and quick to correct a few problems with the installation. Would highly recommend them if you are purchasing plantation shutters, blinds, or other window and door treatments.

Avoid Legacy Landscapes (Part 2)

As expected, Legacy is claiming this cannot be their job because there is no way someone would not be satisfied. The complaints I have are definitely for Legacy Landscapes owned by Mark Schisler. There was no supervisor on sight during our installation because Leo, our "supervisor" told us he had to attend a shooting for an HGTV episode while our work was also taking place. The wrong stone for the mailbox was stopped before it was installed because I, the homeowner, noticed it was wrong and told the workers to stop putting it up. The walkway was the wrong stone, but I did not catch until it was almost completed. Needless to say, it had to be taken out and started over. If you are a certified nurseryman, why would you plant hydrangeas in the part of the yard that gets full afternoon sun where all they do is wilt in the heat? Why would you plant yellow flag iris in an area that is not marshy but rather on a slope where all the water drains away? Do these plants not need lots and lots of water? If drainage is a top priority, why does all the mulch wash completely away every time it rains? Why are the rootballs for several plants sticking out of the ground where you did not adequately complete our retaining wall? If you would like to visit our location, I would gladly show you around and point out all the mistakes you made and introduce you to a VERY unhappy customer.
