Our 16 yr old heatpump was on its last legs. A competitor just offered to replace the unit with a new one the same size. Dustin at Holtkamp evaluated our house and found that our ductwork was not sealed during construction. He also prescribed a smaller more efficient unit. He earned our trust. Ray came and did the install and the ductwork repair. All went well. He is fantastic! Our new Trane unit and sealed ductwork makes our home much more comfortable than it ever was before.
