Underwriter misery

Jonathan Obuseh promised "One more thing and we close" 15 times. I arrived for closing and there was no appt. with the attorney. The attorneys accomodated us, and we waited an hour to begin the closing process. I was told on my way to close that I was getting a $700 credit, but my $4,600 deposit was not going to count for closing costs.

Only carpet cleaner I'll use from now on

Frank was punctual, very polite, and exceptionally thorough! The price was great, and he went the extra mile to ensure that my carpets were as clean as possible. He even vacuumed around the baseboards! I won't use any other carpet cleaner from now on!

wonderful company to deal with

If I ever need pest control again, I will definitely call Triumphant! I called a large pest control company, and was pressured and quoted a huge price and package for exterminating fleas at my daughter's house. James, with Triumphant was very reasonable in price, and he even told me which chemical I could get if I wanted to try to do the job myself. Trevor, the young man that James sent to my daughter's house was very nice, and even gracious about having to wait for us to meet him there. The flea infestation was so bad, that James was going to come back himself, but was out of town, and when I told him that we needed to do something right away, he sent Trevor back within an hour. He treated the entire house again at no extra charge.
