As a recent victim of the '09 flood I had to replace my entire system. I had used Brucker before and was glad to see that they held the same standards for replacement as they had done for repair. Dr. Jack Saltz takes time with his patients. He never seems to be in a rush. I sometimes wait for several minutes after my appointment time, but I don't mind. I know he is taking the time to listen to his patients and build a trusting relationship. He doesn't tell you what to do, but he explains and recommends treatment options and the reason he feels this is the things to do. I highly recommend he and his fellow physicians at Bethesda Family Practice.
