I am driving my third "previously owned" Saab, the first purchased at Carmax. I became a Jim Ellis customer with the service contract from Carmax but the following Saabs were purchased from your dealership. Jerry has been our service advisor from the beginning and has been a pleasure to work with. Because he is the contact person, I credit him with our satisfaction with Jim Ellis, but I must add that your entire staff is pleasant, professional and most important, competent.
