Man they take care of you!

My wife and I picked out a Beetle from Jim Ellis VW on July 4. As great as it was, we figured out by the 6th that it was too small for us. Now, I know you aren't supposed to be able to return a car - especially a used one! - but when we went in Monday, Bob and Mike were such a terrific help to us in picking out a more sane choice for our family. In the end, we walked out with a beautiful '08 Passat that is just the thing. Thanks guys!
