Furniture Classics Service Center

better than new

Fantastic refinishing. Before and after photos can't show how great the difference is. Furniture that had no grain now is a knock out show piece. Elaine Byers refinished about 10 pieces for me and all were greater than expected. If you have water or fire damage in your home, have your insurance use Furniture Classics!!! She did such a great job I started bringing her my non insurance antiques. My whole home has gone from average to wow!

Comfort Control Inc

Horrible, horrible experience and treatment

They flooded my basement with a/c condensate and could care less. Yelled at me on the phone today. Came out last week and rigged a bypass of the safety system where the unit would NOT shut off when the condensate pan was full. (They did this because water was in the basement) Now it is all cleaned up after $2,000.00 of restoration. Well it was all clean and dry until today when the a/c pan started overflowing due to the by pass. Why are they refusing to fix this as agreed? Because last week there were rat turds in the basement. I explained to them several times that everything has been cleaned, dryed and restored by 911 Restoration. There are no rat turds in the basement now. The only problem is the a/c unit is flooding the newly cleaned and dried basement. It is flooding the basement because Comfort Control Inc, rigged the safety shut off not to work and they won't come back and fix it. You can see in my photo there are no scary rat turds. The only problem is the flooding a/c pan thanks to Comfort Control.

Mister Sparky Electricians

rip off

Told me I needed a new electrical pannel when I just called to have a pool pump re attached. Said if he didn't redo everything the house would burn down and we could get electricuted in the pool. He said it would take two days and cost $3,100.00 Six hours later he said he was finished and I owed $3,100.00 which I paid but shouldn't have. The main power box was the same I had before and he left the pool light disconnected and the outdoor outlets disconnected. I called twice and had managers tell me they would send someone to fix the problems he left, but no one ever came out. I should have stopped the check, but I believed the manager when he said he'd make it right. I don't understand how they have all these good reviews when they did what they did to me.

Great Service

This engineer runs his own company and does great work with heat and air. He put in two new systems for me and fixed them where they never overflow the way the old ones did. He tries to do things in a way to save you money.

Terrible Management

ordered a custom shower pan for my handicap father and had to prepay the order in full. I was called when it arrived and told the man the project was on hold for the moment. He said no worries, it would be there when I was ready for it. When I went to pick it up, the nice young man helping me could not find it and said of course they would order another for me and he went in the back office to place the order. Then a manager, an old man with terrible teeth and inflamed gums came out and told me they threw it out and if I wanted another one I would have to pay for it a second time. I imagine they sold it and this old manager thinks it is just fine to steal from customers.

Beware

I thought I knew and trusted him until he billed my insurance for treatments I paid him for, leaving me unable to collect my insurance refund and himself paid twice for the same sessions. On a three way call with State Farm, he said it was a mistake and he was giving my money back. He didn't. He lied to them and to me. He later sent a e-mail to me bragging that I was getting nothing back from him. I am an attorney and these facts are true and of personal knowledge
