Adjectives aren’t enough

We had suffered a bizarre computer failure and the firm who had provided our technical support failed to respond to an urgent call for hours. Inexplicably, we had lost tens of thousands of pages of secure notes and documents that could not be simply or accurately reproduced. I as well as several tech savvy friends had tried to recover the data from my two sources of backup but were totally unsuccessful.
