Avoid if at all possilbe...
Took 3 mowers into this place to get serviced and waited over 1 month with no phone call from them. When I did call them they said they were too busy to speak with me and were busy with other customers and would get back to me. After waiting an hour I decided to go to their shop. Fine, so I drove several miles to their shop to check on the status of the movers, and they said they were waiting for parts for one of the mowers and that they’d have it in tomorrow. That is what they told me 2 weeks earlier when I called inquiring about my mowers. So I politely just asked to have my 3 mowers delivered back to me and that I would pay my bill and be on my way. Whoa, that didn’t go over too well. It was at this point that the owner started yelling at me and telling me that I was not the kind of customer they wanted. This was very strange. They have only been at this location a very short time and I have no idea how they stay in business treating customers like this. I had done business with the previous owners for over 15 years and never had a problem. I paid the bill that they presented to me and told them very politely to have a nice day and left as fast as I could. I’m still waiting for my mowers to be delivered.
