New office manager makes a huge difference!

Over the past few years, it was my experience that the office staff behind the desk were grouchy and unhelpful and concentrated on all of the services insurance did not cover-and discussed it loudly in front of other waiting patients. On my last visit this July, to my delight, a group of smart, friendly and energetic people have replaced the grouchy old ladies! They call insurance ahead of time, call you at home to discuss insurance questions before your visit and are accomodating and helpful upon your arrival to the office. I am very happy with the new office staff. I have always loved the care from the nurses and the doctors and that was the only reason I had put up with the inefficient staff at the front desk- this is no longer a stressful doctor's visit!
