All that and bi-lingual too!
I have tenants in my townhouse and the wife speaks very little english. I had a lot of trouble communicating to American Energy exactly what the nature of the problem was because my tenant couldn't explain it very well to me.
A) they came out prepared for anything based on my feeble explanation
B) Kathleen from the office got on the phone with the tenant while I was there to get a better story
C) they checked and fixed and checked again.
D) Kathleen called us back after the job was done to explain what was done and why to the tenant.
I think that was above and beyond and really helped me give good customer service to my tenant.
Not to mention I received an accurate diagnosis, free air filter and confirmation of the repair in a very porfessional yet friendly manner from the two guys that came out.
