Reveal Laser Spa

what kind of "spa" has such limited hours?

Bought a Groupon that I can't use...tried to make an appointment for a one-hour facial and learned this "spa" is only open M-F from 10AM-4PM...guess this is the place to go for people who don't work...

would NOT recommend

After being a loyal customer for 14+ years, this office truly let me down in the end. I called to cancel my policies for homeowners and auto and was told that since my monthly automatic payment was already processed, State Farm couldn't issue a credit. Michael Parsel told me to instate my new coverages with the new companies the following month. Obviously, I wouldn't want to double pay for coverage. Low and behold, the day we spoke is the day my insurance coverages ended. I had no idea until I received a notice from the Georgia Department of Revenue fining me for a LAPSE of liability insurance. While I did receive a partial refund check in the mail from State Farm after about 2 wks of the phone call. I went without coverage for an entire month. What if I had gotten in an accident or something happened to my home!? Of course, their office is spinning this telephone conversation and says they told me a charge card credit couldn't happen, but a check could be sent. This is not true. I was told since the monthly auto payment was in progress already, that I should wait until the following month to add coverage with my new companies (that are cheaper with the same coverage, by the way).

This company came out to take care of a millipede problem I had in my home. I spoke with the owner/technician during the initial treatment and explained that I did NOT want to be on a quarterly maintenance plan. He assured me that I wasn't locked into anything and there was no contractual obligation. I get home yesterday and low & behold, there was a bill for $79 on my door for "quarterly pest control". I have had quarterly pest control services with several other companies in the past, and someone ALWAYS calls the day before sending a rep out to treat. No one called to give the heads up. Had they called, I would have said I didn't need the service at this time. I called and spoke with a rude rep who explained they don't confirm appointments and too bad, so sad - I must pay the full amount......even though 1. I didn't need the service and 2. they only serviced the outside. I would recommend Allgood or Breda over this company as they are professional and friendly. I would NEVER use Top Turf again.

State Farm Insurance

would NOT recommend

After being a loyal customer for 14+ years, this office failed me in the end. When I called to cancel my policies in order to go with alternate companies (that offer the same coverage that State Farm provides, but at a sizeable discount) the agent - Michael - explained since the automatic payment was already scheduled and being processed on my credit card, that my account couldn't be credited. The agent recommended I get my new policies through the new companies instated the following month since I had already paid for coverage with State Farm. This is exactly what I did. Come to find out, the day I called is when the policies cancelled. State Farm did send me a partial rebate check a couple of weeks later....meanwhile, UNKNOWINGLY, I went without homeowners and auto insurance for an entire month! What if something had happened during this month without coverage!? To make matters worse, I owe the State Dept of Revenue a check for "lapsed vehicle liability insurance." TERRIBLE. I wouldn't recommend State Farm to anyone - particularly this office. After telling my coworkers about this experience - it seems everyone either has a bad story to share about State Farm or personally know someone (like a neighbor) who has had a bad experience with State Farm.

I absolutely adore Dr. Maloney - not only as a person, but also as an incredible doctor. I've been his patient for many years now and wouldn't think of going to anyone else.

Hair Extensions Of Atlanta

Worst experience I've EVER had w hair extensions!

When the extensions were removed, my own hair came out with each and every "loop" extension!! There was literally a huge pile of my own hair on the floor - this was the most traumatic hair experience I've ever had in my life. It makes me sick to even think about it. My hair doesn't grow fast so to this day I'm left with extremely thin hair and in some parts on both sides of my head, you can see my scalp. OH - and she charged me $50 for this experience!!! UNREAL.
