Never Again, Not That We're Allowed Back
Not quite sure what they did to my dog here ... Granted he doesn't love getting groomed ~ he would shake, tremble and have a B.M. in their front yard when I tried to take him here. At his current groomer's (V.I.P. in Vinings - they're awesome), he walks right in & they've never had one problem with him. Trust me, after my experience at Kelsey's, I ask every time. The front office is snooty, and called me to come pick him up once when I was in a meeting because he was 'too scared to get a bath and barked at an employee.' What dog isn't a little scared of a bath? After the second or third time this happened, they asked me to never bring him back. He did not bite anyone, just barked. Really? These people work with dogs? Unless you have a toy poodle who loves getting a bath, run!
