Best Vet Office Ever!!

I took Caesar (our dog) to Oak Hill for his yearly checkup earlier this month. They are the absolute best! Dr. McElhenny is awesome, she is so sweet and caring, you can tell she loves animals and Dawn & Sarah rock, they are awesome too. Plus they are great with kids! So, yesterday Caesar was neutered and had his back dew claws removed. He was perfectly fine (that is until I left for a few hours today), when I came back he had tore his bandage off (I thought that was it LOL). So, I called Oak Hill told them he took his bandage off and asked if I could bring him back up there to be rebandaged. Dawn said no problem. We get back in the car and go back up there. When I pull in, Dr. McElhenny comes out to help me get everyone out of the car. We go in, turns out Caesar tore off his neuter stitches and his dewclaw stitches on one paw and reopened the wound. Dr. McElhenny and Dawn stapled his wound and rebandaged his leg. Then when we left they both helped me out to the cars with the boys and Caesar, plus while we were there Noah asked Dr. McElhenny to read him a book and she did! So, long story short, they are awesome and I highly recommend them!

Best Dentist

Dr. Gowasack and his staff are wonderful! They make you feel at ease with every appointment. I actually looked forward to my 1 1/2 to 2 hours of peace. I highly recommend them, especially if you are anxious about going to the dentist. Don't put it off, just go!

Excellent Service!

This was my second visit to Nalley, our first visit a few years ago was mediocre at best. Since this is the closest BMW to us, we really didn't have much of a choice. Well, today was the best experience ever! I pulled in for my appointment with Bevan and Albert greeted us at the car, helped unload the car and entertained my 3 year old too. Bevan was super nice and very patient while my son talked his ear off LOL. We signed in and went to wait in the lobby, I was a little nervous about having to wait 1 1/2 hours with a 3 year old and a 9 month old, until an employee came in and told me where the kids room was. What! How freaking awesome is that! So the hour or hour and a half we waited were so blissful. My boys were entertained and I wasn't stressing about them annoying other customers. I was prepared for this to be a headache, but it was actually fun and the time we waited flew by. Thank you for a great visit! I almost wish I needed to have my car serviced more LOL!
