Extremely bad service

They changed my oil. Afterwards I took the car back twice because of an oil leak. They claimed they couldn't find it. Next time I took the car in for something else they said the leak was coming from the oil pan gasket like it was obvious. Apparently they thought I was going to blame the oil leak on them so they weren't forthcoming about the problem. I had no intention to do so. Upsets me because I took two trips to their shop and wasted time, gas, etc. on having them look for the problem. On the subsequent repair job, I told them I needed the car by 3:00 pm pick-up. Instead of calling me to tell me it wouldn't be ready or telling when I arrived at the shop, I sat at the shop for over two hours waiting for the car. Again waisted my time. The owner admitted they slipped up due to being so under staffed. They offered a credit for the next time I go there instead of offering credit towards the bill that day. Based on the poor customere service what is a credit for future service worth. I won't be going back! I don't recommend them for car service.
