Poor customer service
It is very frustrating to deal with Dr. Negelow's front desk staff. This person is extremely rude and her lack of customer service is incredible. I've received a bill 90 days after service (with all finance and billing charges added, of course); I've called my insurance company and no claim has been received or filed from his office. I've called Dr. Negelow's office several times to solve this issue and I get the same answers: "I need to call you back" or "I have a client in front of me, call back in an HOUR!!!" Come on. Who has time for this? Needless to say, I'm changing dentist.
