Wow, what a shocker!

I called this company, because of the prior comments that I read on Kudzu. The price was unbelievably ridiculous ($2,000) for repairing a leak and associated drywall. But, I was given a $200 discount for being a first time customer - big deal - I guess that was supposed to make me feel better. Update: The shocker was the $1,200 repair to the plumbing and the $800 drywall repair for two holes that WaterSavers told me that they were in the business of fixing (I am rounding numbers). When I commented twice to Ernesto that his prices were really high, he did not say anything. He certainly didn't tell me that he couldn't control the price of another company who would be doing the job. He came up with the drywall quote on the spot and did not mention that there was another company involved. He also told me that it would take two men four hours to do the plumbing repair and another two men four hours to do the dry wall repair. I called three plumbers and all of their quotes were not any where near WaterSavers quote and I got the job done on a Sunday for half-price $600! The plumbing repair was also made by one man in three hours. And, I got the drywall work done for $200! The drywall was also easily completed be one man. I understand getting a high quote, but I felt like this company came to my house to rob me and I hope that after this review that they you won't do the same to others.

Could Be Better

The guy that came to my house was a bit haphazard and seemed to be in a big hurry. Overall, he did the job, but could have been neater and more careful, because he broke some things.

Cleaning Lady Has a Bad Attitude

They can't get your clothes clean if they are more than a little soiled and the lady has a bad attitude about it.

Rusting Again

I contacted Martin Welding to remove the rust from the metal posts under my deck, to repaint them, and to alter the flanges on the posts to make the deck more secure. After he completed the job, he told me that he painted the posts/flanges with a product that would be equivalent to Rust-o-leum on "steriods" and that I should not have a rust problem for a long time. I paid him approximately $1,000.00 for this work, and initially, I thought that he did a good job, but within 10 months rust was visible around many of the flanges, so he must not have removed the rust well or he did not seal the posts well. When I called him about it, he blamed the rain, and told me that a lot of rain must come through my deck. I don't get any more rain coming through my deck than any other deck in Atlanta. Plus I have many metal deck railings on top of the deck that probably get more rain on them then the posts underneath the deck and these metal railings haven't rusted in 12 years and they were only painted with ordinary Rust-o-leum. He told me that he would come back to my house to fix the problem, but he hasn't shown up yet and I called him about two months ago.

No Response

I contacted them two weeks ago and I am still waiting for a response. I guess they have too many other projects going on to get back with potential new customers.

Overpriced Job

Very small job at a very big price. They made the job seem bigger than what it was which is why I agreed to something that was way over priced, but it only took them a few minutes to do the work -- hind sight is 20/20. I would never use them again.
