Annual exam

This doctor's office is so disorganized!! The staff sent my results 4xs to the wrong address, and the office wants to charge me the patient $25 dollars just to obtain my records.I have been trying to get my results from a February exam fntil now. Dr. Patterson was a nice doctor,but her staff needs to be replaced ASAP. I will never ever ever go there again!!! What a rip off and waste of a nice facility.
