Great Perm

Stephanie is head over color and perms. And let me just say she was amazing. She did a great job was very nice, professional, this was my 1st time going to her. She was very fast at rolling my hair and let me just say my hair is very long and thick. She was fast but not sloppy like I said she did an amazing job. Her prices were very reasonable definatley not too much! I would recommend her to everyone.

Best all around

I would like to say that this was my first time at the new office location. I always have gone to Dr. Fierce just at a different location. He is great, a very nice man who always takes his time and never makes you feel rushed. I have never had any problems with him or any of the staff. I would like to comment to one of the other reviewers though. I can understand that being in a new location with new equipment and even new staff( then what was at the last place i went to to see him ) there are going to be kinks sometimes. Like I said Ive been going to Dr. Fierce for Years and I'm sure that he would correct any kind of mix ups right away. I am surprised that anyone could ever give them a 1 star rating. I also think sometimes people over exaggerate when things tend not to be perfect. But for myself the staff and everything and everyone else were perfect. They were very Nice courteous and professional. I got everything I paid for and then some because everyone went the extra mile!!!!!

Fast Response/ Great Job

I called them late in the evening. My door was stuck side ways. They came right out within an hour. They did an amazing job. They were very friendly and explained everything to me so that I could understand what was going on. I will recommend them to everyone I talk to. They were just a Great Company!

They go the EXTRA MILE!

I have bought things from WFO in Dallas several times. I also have recommended them to others before. My mom actually bought a entire house of furniture. I bought several pieces the other day and they were great, people were very nice and helpful. Definately recommend using Angela as your sales associate if you go in. 1 thing i got wasn't as if i thought it was and they took it back right away and made everything perfect. I will recommend them to everyone. Randy is also the manager at the dallas location and he was very nice and did a great job too. Also the guys who delivered the furniture were very nice and professional, i think one of their names was Anthony. Just Great jobs form everyone we encountered their!!!!
