Hasn't Honored Lifetime Foundation Warranty

I have been trying to contact the owner, Jose De Leon, for a month now to come back out to my home and re-raise all areas of my house... and have yet to receive a reply. I left voice mails and email.. and no response. I recommend going to a trust-worthy company.
