This is my fifth time financing or refinancing a house in this country. Except for one, all other experiences had been positive, but none like this one. In my chasing low rates for a rather unusual loan (10 ARM, I/O), I received enormous help in the form of advice and palettes of rates as a function of locking period and points needed to achieve the targeted interest rate I wanted.
