You get what you pay for
I had water in my unfinished basement and crawl space last year. I received 4 estimates and went with the company that charged the least. My thinking was this. I am sure all these companies know what they are doing so why pay more. WELL, to my surprise, I had water in my basement and crawl space after the rains last week. So I went through the old estimates and had the companys come out again. This time I still paid attention to price but I decided to go with the company that offered the best products and services. Instead of a band-aide, I went with a permanate solution. Yes it did cost more but everyting is fixed properly now and just not covered up. I couldn't be happier. My allergies and the humidity in my house is virtually gone. I don't even have to run the dehumidifier in my crawl space or basement anymore. Spend the money once, get it done right the first time. Atlanta Crawlspaces really came through for me.
