A friend of a friend referred me to the Peters Company. This was my first home purchase and it was a very confusing and long process. Andy and Lesley explained the process to me in a face to face meeting at their office on their time. They gave me a binder with all the information I would need laid out step by step. They are up front about everything which gives you a clear Idea of what to expect going in. Andy and I probably looked at around 25 homes before I found the one that I wanted. He would always let me know his personal opinion about the properties we looked at especially if there was something about it he did not like. He will not just be all positive to try to get a quick sale. Lesley was always behind the scenes sending me email reminders about what needed to be done next.
